We start by looking under the hood.
We'll review your current processes, lead flow, estimates, customer follow-up, payments, and other potential revenue gaps. We'll identify what's working, what's being missed, and where there may be an opportunity to capture more revenue.

Build & Set Up (2-4 weeks)

Once we know where the opportunities are, we build the system around your business — not the other way around. In this step we can establish if we can incorporate any existing software or systems you already have in place.
We'll configure the appropriate automations, communication, follow-up, and workflows and get everything tested and ready to go.

Launch & Optimize (Your first month is FREE)

Once everything is built and tested, we launch your system and let it start doing the work. The first month is free so we can monitor the process, make adjustments, and work out any issues before ongoing billing begins.

Quarterly Revenue Review

Every quarter, we need to touch base with you to review what's happening, look at the results, identify what's working and what isn't, and make adjustments where needed.
The goal isn't to build it once and disappear, It's to keep improving together.

Annual Review

Once a year, we zoom out. We'll review the bigger picture — your results, system performance, changing business needs, and new opportunities — and determine where the system can continue to evolve with your business.
